Graduate Engineer
The role will be an office based role primarily using the AutoCAD LT software package for 2D design work. The other primary software used is MS Excel which the candidates must be familiar using. Additional applications that the candidate should be familiar with are MS Word, Power Point and Outlook.
The head office in Leicester will be the main place of work with the job itself requiring the engineer to attend business meetings on construction sites.
Once trained and working independently within the engineering role there will be opportunities to move disciplines within the business or maintaining the current role and moving to one of our satellite depots and increasing responsibility.
The candidate will be recruited directly into the Tendering department and will receive all necessary on and off the job training, including basic electrical theory provided in house.

Person Specification
A graduate with a degree in an engineering discipline - minimum 2:1 classification
Strong in mathematics (and physics)
Experience of AutoCAD
Experience using MS Office software packages
Good English/Communication skills - liaising with clients and project site personnel involved on each contract - by telephone, email and other written correspondence
Good team working skills
Ability to work under pressure
UK Driving Licence and has their own transport

Starting Salary - £16,480 increasing to £18,540 at 6 months and £20,600 after 1 year
