I'm looking for a house or flatshare in and around Leicester (maybe even Derby).
I currently live in Manchester, and this is purely a career move. The main reason for looking for shared accommodation is because I don't know many people down there yet.
I'm 28, sociable but very hardworking and I'm looking for somewhere quite modern and in a nice area. No student digs please, I already have that badge!
Preferably furnished, double bed and bills included (less to think about).
I have a nice car so parking needs to be quite safe.
In return for these lengthy demands I can promise you a clean, tidy, caring and fun fun fun housemate!
