Providing emotional support to both service user and families

Creating good working relationships with the service user

Forming lasting bonds for support

Washing,dressing and feeding

Helping people to mobilise

Bed making

Generally assisting with patients overall comfort
Monitoring patients conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration's and weight

Furthermore, you will be committed to providing care and support to meet the individual needs of the service users.

You will work as part of a team, be able to use your initiative and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
