hi,! im looking for a 2/3bed house or flat to swap with me.i am trying to get back into wig/south wigston because of my sick children,this swap is so im nearer family and friends in my hour of need!,also it would be closer to my kids school and my work.my house is a good sized 3 bed end terrace in the gilmorton estate.it is very quiet here,private parking,own corner shop and parks for the kids.also 15min walk from fosse park!there is also a bus route that runs thru the estate.large front garden,hallway off front door as you enter has downstairs toilet,cloakroom(pc room) leading off into the front room and kitchen thru seperate doors,large kitchen leads to a good sized back garden,large frontroom diner,stairs lead to small horseshoe landing with two double bedrooms looking over the street,large box room to the rear and a bathroom,on the landing there is a large storage cupboard and a boiler room.large attic for storing your bits! i do have two sick children and am very willing to accept smaller properties for exchange,as i want to get back closer to family.you are welcome to check the house out as i have no pictures to show at this time,
