Salary: £15,195 - £21,000 / Year

The group you will be working with, Collections & Recoveries, is responsible for the collection of arrears on personal loans, mortgages and current accounts as well as the management and implementation of collections and recoveries strategies.

You’ll be required to produce the regular and ad hoc reporting of all of the above products and maintain the department’s extensive management information (MI) databases with support from your line manager. You’ll ensure that error free MI is produced in line with agreed Service Levels and maintain the MI systems ensuring that the data is kept up to date and accurate by responding to changes generated by the Business. You’ll review and identify opportunities for improving the reports and processes as well as ensuring that control of the data is maintained in accordance with the Groups regulatory framework.

With a proven track record of delivering MI for key stakeholders you will have the ability to analyse and create solutions to business issues using the appropriate tools. You’ll need a detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as experience of working with analytical tools and languages such as Microsoft Access, SPSS and SQL. Strong data analysis and reporting skills are also required along with very good verbal and written communication skills.
