This beautiful petite nursing home in Leicester, East Midlands provides specialist care to the elderly with dementia and mental health needs. This warm and welcoming nursing home needs a motivated and passionate manager who has excellent dementia knowledge and experience.

The ideal Home Manager will have a vast amount of home management experience and will be fully aware of CQC and minimum care standards. You will have the ability to motivate, lead and direct a team along with ensuring the smooth operational running of the home. Excellent communication is vital for this role along with strong problem solving and listening skills.
