Position: Service Advisor
Location: Leicester/East Midlands
Market: Volume Dealership
Salary: £18,000 OTE 20,000
Employment type: Permanent

Booking in on average 30 vehicles per day working with 2 other service advisors, 1 workshop controller and 13 Technicians.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. You should be driven, motivated and dynamic.

You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out.
