Estimator / Senior Contracts Manager (Building and Construction Industry)

Due to an ongoing period of substantial growth, we are currently recruiting an experienced Estimator / Senior Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. The successful candidate will benefit from many things including;

This is a demanding role that requires an individual who is forward thinking, flexible and above all, a hard worker. With an overflowing work load at present and large projects still being tendered for on a regular basis, this role requires someone with excellent time management and organisational skills. Your duties will include estimating from drawings, bills of quantities and site measures. Regular client interaction will be involved, including presenting and negotiating. Although this is an office based role, nationwide travel may be required at times.

To be considered for this role you should possess the following skills / experience;

Previous external façades experience, including rain screens, insulation, render or metalwork
A background in Estimating, Surveying or as a Contracts Manager
Presentation and negotiating experience would be advantageous.
Conversant with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
A team player work ethic
