I have a broad range of experience within the food industry, working for institutions from food pubs to multi-million pound manufacturers. I am trained in HACCP risk assessment, Health and Safety risk assessment and I have extensive experience creating and maintaining Due Dilligence systems to BRC and ISO standards. I can bring all of this experience to your business on a consultany basis for much less than the cost of the appropriate training.
