Home Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential home manager in Leicestershire
You will have overall responsibility for the effective running and development of this residential care home.
Your daily responsibilities will include
-Ensuring that the well being of the residents is maintained
-Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
-Carrying out staff supervisions and appraisals
-Assisting with recruitment, appointment and deployment of care, catering and domestic staff
-Carrying out detailed assessments prior to admission
-Preparing care plans and ensuring each service user receives care appropriate to their individual need
-Monitoring and controlling day-to-day expenditure, preparing budgets
-Monitoring business performance
-Developing clear policies and practices regarding quality standards
-Building effective working relationships with residents, their families, staff and other professionals.
The Ideal candidate will hold the RMA qualification and have a track record of successfully managing a residential home.
The client is looking to offer a salary £ 30k to 34k with on-going training and support
