27 year old mature college student seeks 1 Bed flat in Leicester area. I will be paying with housing benefit up to 410 a month and my deposit will be covered by my college. I have no guarantors so do not ask me for one. I am looking to rent until september next year when I will be going to University. I am clean, honest, quiet and good natured.
