Future Home Care has rapidly become a lead care provider supporting learning disabled adults to live independent lifestyles within their own homes. Care and support is designed on an individual basis to meet the needs of the Service User.

As a Project (Care) Manager will be responsible for providing a stable and supportive environment for staff and specifically the service users, as well as ensuring that you meet all quality standards in line with CQC legislations.

The ideal candidate will have some management/ supervision experience as well as experience working in a health & social care environment preferably supporting people with a learning disability.

A recognized qualification such as RMA, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent is desirable but not always necessary as our staff access a quality free training program to support their career development including NVQ’s and management training.
