An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with electrical knowledge to join a European market leading, machine manufacturing organisation, based in Leicester.

The position involves:
- The installation of production machinery throughout the UK, Europe and further afield
- Spending approximately 3 months per year away on installation projects
- Communicating directly with the customer throughout the process
- Training operators on client's sites
- Testing the machinery prior to despatch
- Assisting with the development of new machines

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience of installing / commissioning, production machinery
- A background in industries such as packaging or machine tooling (or similar disciplines)
- A working knowledge of electrical systems in order to fault find
- Fitting and machining experience
- A positive and dynamic attitude
