we currently have a few rooms available off the narborough rd area which is only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. The rooms vary from single to double with prices ranging from £260 per calender month inclusive off all bills.(council tax, water, gas , electric and tv license) .

The houses have been recently renovated with new furnishing , decor etc.

We also have a cleaner who cleans the communal ares twice weekly.

The houses have a very friendly and social atmosphere with housemates age ranging from 20-35.

the house would suit people of similar ages and professionals only.

double room - £300
double room - £325
very large double room £350

These prices are all inclusive of bills.
