One of our public sector clients is looking to recruit a mechanical design engineer into their property services team.



This candidate will be responsible for surveying and design of mechanical services on educational projects.

They must be able to use AutoCAD, experience of writing tender documents and be able to produce building service mechanical design work e.g HVAC, pipework, plumbing. Engineers from a manufacturing or production background would not suit this role. Knowledge of Part L Building regulations is also required.



This role if for six months initially and the client is looking to interview on Thursday and have someone in place for after the bank holiday.
