I have a detched three bedroom house on a lovely close in new parks. It boasts a massive back garden, side of the house parking and a large communal garden. The neighbours are all really nice and all the children play together. This is a East midlands housing assosiation property and the rent is £87.00 per week. I do get help with a percentage of the rent as I work. So dont let the rent put you off. The property is near local schools and shops and Is on a fab bus route to town.
My house has 2 double sized bedrooms and a 1 larger than average box room. Upstairs bathroom. I am currently in the process of decorating the upstairs part of the house.
Downstairs consists of a living room/dining room separated by an a arch way.
Standard size kitchen and a downstairs toilet.

Right the reason for wanting to swap Is a need a bigger house. As me and my boyfriend have decied ro move in together and betwwen us we have five children.
Idealy I would like a Four bedroom house, but willing to take a large three if suitable. I am looking to stay in the new parks area more towards inglehurst infant school if poss, but not stephenson drive. However I am intrested in other areas too again if the right house came up.
