Multi Skilled Engineer Days
A well established manufacturer is looking to recruit 2 Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers due to an increase in production.
The company is based in Leicestershire, which is commutable from Grantham, Nottingham, Loughborough, Leister and the surrounding areas.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer (mechanical or electrical bias) you will need to work as part of a team and on an individual basis reporting to an engineering manager. You will be working in a production and packaging factory performing maintenance on the manufacturing equipment.
Your duties will include reactive and pro-active maintenance. This will cover reacting to breakdowns, performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM). With the goal of reducing down time and increasing efficiency.
All candidates wishing to apply must have experience of working in a manufacturing / production / packaging environment of which food, beverage, brewery, packaging, pharmaceutical, dairy, high speed / volume and FMCG would be suitable although other industries will be considered. Also candidates must engineering qualification such as formal apprenticeships, HNC/ONC, degree, City & Guilds.
The role is based working days with the opportunity for overtime.
