In this ad I am offering 1 double bedroom in a 4 bedroom student house which is close to both DMU and University of Leicester. I am no longer able to take up tenancy so I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy, which will run until July 31st 2010. However the room is available as soon as you need it! you will be sharing with 3 other students (1 female, 2 males) who are all very welcoming and friendly!

The double bedroom is fully furnished, which includes a double bed/mattress (with space underneath for storage), a desk, lots of shelving space, wardrobe, large radiator and chair.

The house itself has a large bathroom with shower, bath, sink and shelf spaces, a separate toilet room, downstairs there is a living room/dining area as well as a kitchen which has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and lots of cupboard space. Many things like utensils are already provided! There is also a basement and a backyard. The house also has broadband internet as well as central heating.

The house is in an ideal location for students, 10 minutes walk to both Universities, and is within easy walking distance to the city centre, train station and other local amenities and shops.

Rent is £50 per week with a £200 deposit.
Bills are between £10 - £15 per week.
