Sous Chef - Leicester - (New Opening!)

Carluccio's is opening soon in Leicester and we require a Head Chef and Sous Chef for our new opening

In Carluccio's Caffes you will find an authentically Italian experience, we offer freshly prepared, high quality products at incredible value. Our service is friendly, informal and efficient. We try to make our customer’s experience special, whether they come in for a quick espresso or for a four course meal.

Our Sous Chefs need to have experience of leading a team in a busy food led environment and love cooking with fresh ingredients. Our food is authentic Italian and made to our brand specifications, so as a manager you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standards of our food as well as motivating, leading and developing your team.

In return we offer an in-depth training program lasting 4 weeks. It is based upon a hands on approach in order to gain experience of every aspect of running a high volume kitchen,
