If you hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, are working towards this and/or have experience within the Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Sector then we want to hear from you! Successful candidates will be responsible, alongside the Service Manager, for the day to day management of an allocated service. This will include the induction and supervision of support staff, production of staff rotas and working alongside individuals to enable their social inclusion and independence. You will also participate in the 24 hour rotational on-call system providing management support and support to service users. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met. Your approach should be sympathetic and you should have a person-centered approach to service delivery.
