Project Manager/Building Surveyor -Cavity Wall Specialist.

 

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive forward a four-month project overseeing the introduction of Cavity Wall Insulation in social housing in Leicestershire. Managing a team of operatives, the role involves being responsible for the day-to-day distribution of duties, for the overall direction of the project and the determining of resources.

 

An experienced project manager, the ideal candidate will posses a background in cavity wall insulation projects and have experience of working with local authorities. Working knowledge of the Decent Homes standard would be useful. Experience of working in tenant properties within a local authority would be advantageous.

 

The candidate needs to be articulate, with excellent communication and computer skills. An ability to juggle a multitude of tasks is essential. Prior experience of costing a project would be looked favourably upon.
