Bathroom ( 6ft x 6ft ) Large mable tiles around bath.
Cupboard 1 ( 4ft x 8ft )
Cupboard 2 ( 5ft x 3.5ft )
Cupboard 3 ( 2ft x 2.5ft )
Hallway is (L) shaped as you go through front door ,up stairs and turn left onto landing.
Large loft Area which is having new insulation fitted.
Outside we have a patio area which is used for entry to both flats but it is top flats area, it has a picket type fence with permission to enlarge to 5.5 foot high at moment we have a steel shed on the patio but will be taking this with us.
In process of repainting hallway at moment.
We are looking for a 1/2 Bed property which is either Ground Foor /Bungalow or poss a small house.
Due to disabilites we are having problems with stairs and are on list for another property that is suitable.
If anyone would like to swap we would be willing to move to most areas in Leicester.
Please note we have Reptiles in Vivariums but ( NO ) 4 legged pets as cannot be near Haired animals due to allergys..
