An exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a senior healthcare professional to join the team at Future Home Care in Leicester as a Care Project Manager.
Future Home Care has rapidly become a leading care provider supporting learning disabled adults to live independent lifestyles within their own homes. Care and support is designed on an individual basis to meet the needs of the Service User and to promote their independence.
The main function of the Care Project Manager is to ensure that the quality of care and support delivered to the client is of a high standard and that the staff delivering such care and support are appropriately managed, supervised and trained in accordance with CQC requirements. The role involves management of staff as well as close contact with Service Users and their families.
Essential candidate specifications:
A minimum of 2 years working in a management or supervisory role of staff in the care sector.
A minimum of 3 years working in a care providing capacity, ideally with learning disabled adults.
A minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
Desirable candidate specifications:
Registered Managers Award/ NVQ Level 4 Leadership & Management Award.
NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care
Registered Nurse Learning Disabilites (RNLD)
Other equivalent recognised qualifications
