Critically acclaimed stylish restaurant in one of Leicester’s prestigious locations is seeking a passionate, gifted Sous chef who stands out from the crowd. This restaurant serves robust, modern European cuisine with a changing seasonal menu and has a 70 cover dining room. The owners are respected operators with a long track record in the industry.
The restaurant has a friendly, relaxed but professional style of service and has gained a loyal following. If you have a consistent track record in good restaurants and can manage a busy operation with calm professionalism as Sous Chef and create interesting menus alongside the Head Chef for a discerning clientele, I’d love to talk to you. This position could suit either someone with previous Sous Chef experience or an ambitious CDP looking to step up to Sous Chef level.
Candidates should be eligible to work and travel in the EEU.
