Hi, my name is Roger Hunt. I'm a Krav Maga (self defence/close quarter combat) Instructor and I'm also a Fully Qualified Life/Personal Development Coach.

I have put together a program that includes combat training and personal development, this is an inside out approach to designing the life you really want.

This is not for the faint hearted looking inside and facing your biggest enemy is scary and I'm only looking for people who are committed to having the life that they want.

We will meet twice a week - one session on combat training and one session on personal development (you will need a journal). Because like Morpheus and Yoda I will challenge your internal super villian "Dr Negative". Imagine what it would be like waking up in years time and discovering a life worth celebrating rather than the same old ground hog day.
