Hi...I am an experienced bar manager/self taught chef with a personal licence seeking a live in/live out role in the Leics/Derby/Notts area. I have managed pubs on the south coast and in Nottingham and am seeking a role that can utilise my wide ranging skills. In a previous life I worked in commerce and am IT literate, numerate and sensible!

I have worked as chef in Cambridge pubs, run my own small catering concern and managed community and real ale pubs. I am very flexible in the style of role I'm seeking and will consider relief work, ongoing temp work or permanent 'live in' roles.
