Salary £16,000 - £18,000
Must have Bar Management experience within a high end operation
We want to hear from enthusiastic and proactive bar manager’s who are interested in forwarding their careers and developing their skills.
Our client has a, Country House Hotel & Spa, conference center and wedding venue; they are passionate, product driven and praise themselves on their delivery of service.
They are looking for a Bar Manager to join their team and help to develop the bar business. Our Ideal candidate will be a fresh thinking Bar Manager who wants to develop their careers through hard work, dedication (and one or two cocktails along the way!).
The main role would be to oversee the main bar and Lounge bar – dealing with all the day to day aspects of running a busy bar, introducing new and exciting cocktails, recruitment and development of the team which consists of about 6 team member and overseeing the afternoon tea service.
