The Company
Office team is recruiting for a Loughborough based client for a part time administrator initially on a temporary 6 month basis.
The Role
The Part Time administrator will be responsible for processing invoices, handling telephone calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and filing. You will be providing a high level of customer service at all times. Depending on how the role progresses you could be getting involved with making some outbound sales calls to support the sales team. You will need to have up to date IT skills including MS Word and Excel along with a typing speed of min 30wpm and a professional telephone manner. 6 month assignment with the potential for permanent after the initial 6 month period.
