My names Victor from S Wales.I was employed at Linvar Storage Systems Leicester 25 years ago on the installation side of the storage units. My manager was Mr John Callard He had a son Jonathan who played rugby for Bath. He was also my manager in Hills Industries Caerphilly he was then living in Basseleg nr Newport Gwent. I left the company after 6 months after the offer of a job near my home. I shall always remember his kindness / sense of humour and the interest he showed to his workforce. I especially remember mon mornings during the rugby season where he would have details of his sons rugby match and would chat to everyone about the game. He was very proud of him.
