I live on east close burbage, 5 mins from town centre, close to supermarket, shops, train station, bus routes, schools etc.. great area, the kitchen is massive with a huge back garden (needs some tlc) ive just had 6 foot fencing all round (cost a fortune). Just had a new kitchen about 3 months ago lots of units and work top space! room for tumble dryer, washing machine etc.. wood flooring downtairs, newish carpet on stairs. Needs a bit of decorating.

It's a 3 bed swap so ill be staying in burbage the lady whose house im having wants a 3 bed in leicester or hinckley so whoever applies to this must be willing to "downsize" to my 2 bed, like i said its a big house and the bedrooms are big so not so much downsize than loose a bedroom.
