I live in a LARGE 1 bed flat ( brook street ) and want to swap to a 2/3 bed house or flat, garden is a must. I need to move close to a mosque so the following areas in order of preference:

Riverside
grangetown
Cardiff Bay
Canton
Some areas of roath

Also may consider leicester or birmingham or Newport if near a mosque

My flat consists of:

MASSIVE livingroom
Double bedroom
Newly done bathroom
newly fitted kitchen
dining area ( I use as a 2nd social area )

It is 1st floor, maisonette style . Neibour below has lived here nearly 15 years and is V quite.

Cadiff castle - 1 min walk
Millenium stadium - right next to flat
Cardiff station 2/3 mins walk
