I currently have a vacancy for an experienced Care Home Manager based in the Nuneaton area. The post will involve the operational management of a new residential home which specialises in Learning Disabilities Care.

Your role will include:

-Ensuring the well-being of residents is maintained
-Carrying out detailed assessment and supervision of residents
-Monitoring day-to-day expenditure, performance and employee well-being.
-Developing clear policies and practices with regards to quality standards

It is essential that candidates will have completed their RMA and have knowledge of Learning Disabilities. You should be well versed in residential care management.
