My client is looking to recruit a electrical project manager into their property services team. This candidate will be responsible for the running of electrical projects that are being carried out on the property portfolio in the Nottinghamshire area.

 

The main duties of the role are management of private sector electrical contractors that are carrying out a variety works. This can range from supervision of small maintenance projects right up to major re-furbs and new build.

 

Strong knowledge of lighting would be a advantage in this role, as would a working knowledge of mechanical services.

 

The client is happy to look at people from both a public and private sector background but has stressed they are looking for someone who has the experience to take change of these projects and deliver them on time.
