hi, my name is Sarah Kent, i am a single mum of a 6 month old baby looking for a 2-3 bed property, preferably with a garden but it doesn't have to be really big, not too close to the city centre, would prefer hinkley, barwell, earl shilton colville, south wigston, welford road or a quiet village like narborough etc.

i am currently living in Wigston in a first floor, 1 bedroom flat that is not suitable as there is no lift and i have to drag the pushchair up the stairs at the moment.

As i understand, i am entitled to roughly £400 a month housing benefit and recieve currently £140 a week benefits. This means that my monthly rent budget cannot be much more than £450 a month.

i would also have to give a 28 day notice to my current landlord after i have made the decision to move.
