Our clients renovated this excellent pub to bring it back to its former glory as a traditional village pub, and then added luxury accommodation to create this wonderful village inn, with open fires, antique tables and chairs mixed with pine kitchen tables and benches. The atmosphere is friendly and informal with chestnuts roasted on the fires in winter and homemade lemonade and barbecues in the garden in summer. They create wonderful pub classics alongside some more 'restaurant style' dishes all using local ingredients. Alongside the daily changing menu there is also is a daily changes set lunch, salads and sandwiches. The Pub has successfully achieved many accolades including being featured in the Good Pub Guide, Hardens Restaurant Guide, The Good Food Guide and holds a Mitchelin star.

They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager who is young and enthusiastic and will run the food operation in this pub. You will currently be in a similar role or be a Head Waiter/ress ready to move into this position. You will possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to manage teams to produce a high quality service. Good organizational skills are imperative as this is a busy environment. Ability to work shift work is essential and due to location, transport will be required. You must be passionate about food and wine and service and have a proven track record of working in quality establishments.
