Hello there browsers, I am seeking two people to replace flatsharers wishing to leave their current contract. The property is based just of Hinkley Road, Leicester about 2 minutes (walk) from the famous Narbro road and 10 minutes (walk) from De Montfort University. An extra 5-10 minutes will get you into town!

Contracts start from 1st July 2008 (half rent/non occupancy*) and run untill the end of june. Payments to be made in three installments of ~£750.

You will be sharing with 2 male housemates in a property with three large bedrooms and 1 medium size room. Whilst a pair of people is preferrable, single occupants will be accepted.
