We have a 11yr old 2bedrm house,...bathrm/toilet, 2bedrms large laounge lamenated floor, Kitchen/dinning rm. Gas central heating and gas fire, double glazing. Closed in front and back garden. car park space for 2 cars. close to all age school ,bus and train near, within walking to town. Very nice area...only reason to wanting to move is we need an extra bedrm.
Would rather stay in Melton but would consider going to any nearby villages...
