The room will cost £45 per week all bills included.
The room has new furniture and a double bed and a lock for privacy.
The house has all mod cons washing machine, double glazing, shower & bath, kitchen with new cooker and I have just bought a brand new extra fridge freezer.
I have a drive you can park on and a huge garden out back with a patio set up with bbq and tables etc, nice for the summer.
The house has a happy friendly atmosphere and am looking for similar people :D
