Title: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Salary: £26K + Bonus + Car

We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage the Leicester branch of a successful domicilary care agency.

Duties
- You will be responsible for leading a team of community carers, coordinators, and administration staff to provide an excellent service to our service users along with maintaining the day to day responsibilities of the council contract. This will include service visits.
- You will need to apply your knowledge of Domiciliary Care Management effectively and be pro-active in generating new business, exploring possible areas of expansion whilst ensuring that the agency is run effectively.
- You will be responsible for turning enquiries into care packages.
- You will ensure relevant quality control systems are in place.

Requirements
- An understanding of CQC care standards legislation is essential.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong background within the domiciliary care sector and be qualified to NVQ 4/RMA or equivalent.
- Flexibility, dedication and hard work are all essential qualities!
- Experience of working with elderly service users is an advantage.
- You should have a good track record of overall business management.
- A full clean driving license is essential.
