We are seeking an experienced part-time special needs nanny to help this family who have three children aged 9m, 2 and a half and 5. Help is required for "G" the eldest and has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The hours we require someone for will be 5pm - 8pm, Monday to Friday. There is the potential for other additional hours in the mornings / occasional weekends. "G" will be going to school full-time in September. "G" is a delightful little boy who is fully dependent for all his needs, including personal care. He is a strong minded little boy who likes to be involved! He is tube fed. "G" has a great deal of interaction with his his extended family and indeed stays at his grandparents house a great deal. Mum and Dad speak fluent English, but grandparents only speak Punjabi so it is important that the nanny is sensitive to the wider family's cultural needs. It would be ideal if the nanny can speak Punjabi! Lovely family met by Sally (who has placed another part-time nanny successfully with this family). Additional hours are available during school holidays.
