Molly is our family dog, we rehomed her as a puppy 15 years ago from the RSPCA and she has been fantastic. I hate to have to write this advert but unfortunately my brother and I are now older and have left home for university, so there is no one at home in the day to look after Molly and my mum doesn't get home from work until the evening so it just isn't fair on her. She's getting older now and needs someone there throughout the day to let her out and take her for walks and show her attention. She's very loving and will happily sit quietly in the sunshine. She used to have a lot of energy in her but now she's 15 she much prefers a quieter life. We've had various cats over the years and Molly's been great with all of them, she's great with children and being a relatively small dog she doesn't much get in the way. We'd love her to find a home maybe with a retired person/couple, so she will genuinely have someone with her in the day times - we're not interested in hearing from people who go out to work or spend the majority of the day out the house, or who have particularly young children as although she is used to them, she's at an age now where they tire her out and having them around all the time I think would be too much for her. There must be a garden for her to play in, she's fully vaccinated and in good health but we'd want someone who understands that she will at times need to visit the vet and who can afford to ensure she gets the care she needs.
She's a wonderful little dog and I can't remember a time when she wasn't in our family, so finding a good home is absolutely imperative. If you or someone you know is looking for a companion like Molly I'd love to hear from you and am happy to answer any questions you might have.
