Witter 3 cycle carrier, this needs a tow bar atatched to the car to operate. the plate ( supplied ) fits behind the ball of the tow bar and then the carrier justs slots in and all you do then is hang the cycles on.
very little use and only selling due to now need a carrier for 4 bikes.
