i have a 2bedroom MAISONETTE off the uppingham road area, beatty avenue. nice quite area, close to shops, fastfood and local doctors 2minutes walk away.
5minutes walk to the main uppingham road! which has more shop wilkinson, icelane, co op and post offices.
just had the 2bedroooms laminated and decorated also had livingroom and kitchen, hall done aswell. large kitchen has lineo, living has brand new laminate waiting to be put down.
only room that need doing is the bathroom and toilet, which are each on there own.
has small front garden and small back garden then a big green at the back which can be used to.
i am only looking for a exchange as i have a 3years old girl and a 4month old boy and i would like them to have there own room.
