The main responsibilities of working on a supply basis include:
� Planning, organisation and preparation of lessons
� Co-ordination of teaching assistants
� Implementation of school policies
� Providing a respectable and approachable role model for children
� Appreciating the inclusion of many different cultures within the classroom
Ideal candidates will be punctual, professional, and passionate about teaching and hold a relevant teaching qualification (NQT�s Welcome).
