I'm looking for a house or flatshare in and around Leicester, mostly around West End area.

I'm looking for somewhere quiet as I have to sometimes work early hours. Ideally, I would like to live with fellow creative types; being vegetarian or vegan would be a great plus but not essential. I'm a tidy and will always do my share of the chores.

I would be looking for somewhere furnished, with a double bed and bills (including good fast broadband) included in the rent. The room has to have good storage for records and cds. I currently have two little hamsters so the house/flat needs to accept pets.
