hi ive got a lovely large 3 bed on the newry saffron lane estate i know wot u think estate but its absolutely lovely with fab neighbours and so quiet.so y do i want 2 move well 2 reasons 1 i want 2 b nearer family in groby and 2 with 5kids id prefer bigger house.heres the house its got 2 large bedrooms and a box room which in my opinion is a large box room the bathroom is small but adaquete and the toilet is seperate.its got a large airing cupboard and cupboard with boiler in which is the new combi boiler is large.downstairs there r 2 large living rooms and a small kitchen and an understairs cupboard.its got a very large back garden but apart from being mowed is a tad boring needs a garderners touch.a ok sized garden is at front.its fully double glazed with upvc doors front and back and central heated throughout.
close 2 a good catholic shop about a 3 min walk and less than A 10 min walk 2 the new super school the samworth acadamy.local shops r a 3min walk away and bus stop2 fosse park and city centre right next 2catholic school.chemist doctors dentist all walking distance.
