Hotel Maiyango, a 4 star boutique hotel and award winning AA rosette restaurant is recruiting a full time Assistant Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent bar and restaurant experience preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel or an AA rosette winning restaurant. The ideal candidate would have good operational experience in dealing with functions and events, excellent customer service skills, supervisory and training experience.

All candidates must be energetic and used to working in a busy environment where exceeding customer expectations and high attention to detail are the minimum standards. All candidates must possess good IT skills.
