we have just purchased a 3 bed mid terraced house within 0.8 miles of Leicester Uni for our daughter and we are wanting to rent it out until the 1st Sept when she will be moving in.

After September we will be looking for either a couple or 2 singles to share this house with our daughter.
Would ideally suit students attending Leicester Uni but who would prefer not to live too close to the campus for a quieter less chaotic lifestyle.
