Are you from a toolmaking and injection mould background, with supervisory or management experience, looking to take control of all tooling improvement projects in a company driven by continuous improvements?
This is an excellent position where you will take to day responsibility of the tooling department in a global manufacturer with an excellent reputation.
This leading supplier of consumer goods is known for their innovation, consistently meeting client's expectations. The company has a high tech manufacturing facility and invests heavily in new equipment.
You will manage a team of toolmakers play a key role in the business, working closely with the development and quality teams to ensure business objectives are met.
The role:
* You will be managing the tool room department including 4 toolmakers.
* Based within the manufacturing department, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of tooling maintenance is achieved.
* Identify areas of improvement and carry out any approved projects.
* Provide monthly reports
* Have full responsibility of direct reports and any in direct when needed.
The Person needed:
* Tool making background with injection mould experience
* Supervisory/management experience
* Engineering qualification
