An individual is required to assist a Letting Company with handling tenant relations.

Duties will include:
- Conduct property viewings
- Take photographs of properties and email to office
- Place adverts in local shops & message boards
- Help tenants with completing housing benefit applications
- Hand deliver notices directly to tenants
- Help with getting property ready for re-let
- Be the key holder for all properties and have keys cut when required.

Required: reliable, honest, trustworthy, good communicating and negotiating skills, basic DIY skills would be beneficial.
